Request deletion
Email hello@winderstilhaus.co.uk with the subject Request for data deletion.
Include the name used in the conversation, the Facebook profile name or Messenger conversation reference if available, and enough information for us to identify the correct record. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify identity where reasonably necessary, locate the relevant information and delete or anonymise it unless we must retain it for a legal, accounting, insurance, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution reason. Where retention is legally required, we will restrict its use and delete it when the retention period ends.
Temporary Concierge contact and complaint drafts are designed to expire after a short period. Deletion from our systems may not remove information already retained independently by Meta or another platform. You may also use Meta’s own account and data controls for information held by Meta.
