1. Website and Concierge
The website and Concierge provide general information, project guidance and routes to contact us. They do not constitute a fixed quotation, building survey, architectural service, structural advice, legal advice, planning advice or emergency service.
Automated responses are produced for initial guidance and may require checking by a suitably qualified professional. Do not rely on a Concierge response where there is an immediate risk to people or property. Contact the appropriate emergency or professional service.
2. Project information
Indicative pricing, imagery, specifications, timings and descriptions are for guidance unless expressly confirmed in a written proposal or contract. Illustrative images are identified directly beneath the image. Existing conditions, design development, access, approvals, specification and supply availability can affect final scope and cost.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or Concierge, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or abusive material or use the service to obtain confidential business information.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website copy, logos, marks, layouts, imagery, drawings and other content belong to or are licensed to Winder&Stilhaus Ltd. You may view and print material for personal project consideration, but must not reproduce, alter, sell or commercially exploit it without written permission.
5. Third-party services
Messaging, hosting, email and other features may depend on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to maintain the service.
6. Contact and complaints
You may request direct contact through the Concierge. We may ask questions to identify the correct route. Urgent matters may be directed to telephone contact. Non-urgent matters may be directed to email so the issue can be reviewed properly in writing.
7. Limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, the website and Concierge are provided for general information and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every response will be complete or suitable for a particular project.
8. Privacy and governing law
Use of the website and Concierge is also subject to our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
